Friends Travels provides taxi and travel-related services including one-way drop taxis, airport transfers, local and outstation rides, tour packages, mini bus rentals, and tempo traveller bookings. All bookings are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule a booking due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, vehicle breakdowns, or emergencies.

Customers are required to provide accurate information at the time of booking, including pickup location, drop location, contact number, travel date, and number of passengers. Any change in travel plans should be informed to us at least 3 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in cancellation charges.

The fare mentioned during booking is based on the distance, type of vehicle, and route selected. Additional charges may apply for tolls, parking fees, waiting time, or any extended travel beyond the original booking. All fares must be paid in full at the end of the journey, unless prepaid arrangements have been made.

Customers are expected to maintain basic discipline during the journey. Smoking, consumption of alcohol, or any illegal activity inside the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Any damage to the vehicle caused by the customer or their party will be chargeable.

Friends Travels ensures that all our drivers are experienced, verified, and well-trained. However, we shall not be held responsible for delays due to traffic, road conditions, or external factors beyond our control. While we strive to maintain punctuality and safety, passengers are advised to plan buffer time for critical journeys, especially airport transfers.

In case of cancellation by the customer, partial or full cancellation charges may apply depending on the timing of cancellation. Refund policies will vary based on the nature of the booking (e.g., one-way taxi vs. tour package) and will be communicated at the time of cancellation.

Friends Travels reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
